We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities onsite
- Interpret and implement project plans blueprints and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations local building codes and company policies
- Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and report on project progress including budget and schedule updates
- Identify and requisition necessary materials equipment and resources for projects
- Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 57 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices
- Thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
