- Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) for a recruitment company based in Dubai
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying business opportunities reaching out to potential clients and developing a pipeline of prospective clients
- Relationship Building: Building relationships with key decision-makers understanding client needs and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Proposal Development: Creating business proposals negotiating contracts and securing profitable deals
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify industry trends and potential growth areas
- Collaboration: Working with the recruitment and marketing teams to meet client needs and support business development efforts
- Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance and managing client relationships using CRM tools
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and striving to increase the companys market share
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Human Resources or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development sales or client management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry excellent communication and negotiation skills ability to build long-term relationships with clients self-motivation proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a recruitment or staffing agency
- Understanding of different industry sectors and their hiring needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
