Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our esteemed establishment in the Leisure Travel & Tourism industry. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our guests playing a critical role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk operations providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage visitor sign-in and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs and facilitate smooth communication.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in front desk customer service or administrative roles preferably within the Leisure Travel & Tourism sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with booking or CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Pay: AED 6000.00 AED 7000.00 per month
