ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate must have minimum 15 years of UAE experience in the construction industry specializing in MEP electrical systems authority coordination and project execution from design to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design review planning and execution of electrical systems for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Manage and coordinate all electrical activities in line with project specifications timelines and budget.
Review and approve shop drawings material submittals method statements and technical documents.
Coordinate with mechanical civil architectural and other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP integration.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality safety compliance and adherence to approved drawings and standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle authority submissions approvals and inspections from DEWA DCD Empower DM and other UAE authorities.
Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
Support testing commissioning and project handover activities.

Tools & Software:

AutoCAD Review of design and shop drawings
Revit / BIM 360 Design coordination and collaboration
Navisworks Clash detection and model review
Microsoft Office Reporting and documentation
Electrical load calculation and design software (HAP Dialux etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction specifically in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience handling full project lifecycle from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes DEWA regulations DCD requirements and other authority standards.
Experience working with MEP contractors on large-scale residential or commercial towers.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other MEP design tools.
Strong leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
