Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services (Orbit ISS) is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Business Development & Sales Specialist with 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will help expand our client base strengthen long-term partnerships and support sales procurement and tendering activities across our engineering inspection and industrial service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as the primary point of contact.
- Promote Company services and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations tenders and project deliverables.
- Maintain sales pipelines through CRM/ERP platforms (Oracle SAP Ariba SAP Business One Zoho Books).
- Support procurement activities vendor registrations and tender submissions.
- Track market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Represent the company during meetings exhibitions and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business development sales or procurement (oil & gas preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical services inspection TPI or similar industrial solutions.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Preferred:
- English and Arabic language proficiency.
- Previous experience in TPI engineering consultancy or industrial services.
- Exposure to international clients in oilfields marine or renewable energy sectors.
