Dreamcom, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a dynamic individual for a Sales & Marketing role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will focus on outdoor sales in the UAE and should possess a valid driver's license and car for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative promotional campaigns

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Sales or Marketing

- Multilingual proficiency a plus
