Job Title: Procurement Engineer (Landscape Civil Engineering)
Company : Proscape LLC
Location: Dubai UAE
Experience Required: 35 years (UAE landscape projects)
Industry: Construction / Landscape Contracting
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify evaluate and engage vendors and suppliers for landscape-related materials and services.
- Prepare and review BOQs RFQs and technical specifications in line with landscape engineering requirements.
- Liaise with design and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with site execution schedules.
- Conduct commercial and technical evaluations of supplier proposals.
- Negotiate contracts terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated procurement logs.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with UAE regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance for material delivery and invoice processing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 35 years of procurement experience within UAE-based landscape construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials vendors and market rates.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and local procurement standards is a plus.
Preferred Traits:
- Organized and responsive under tight deadlines.
- Commercially savvy with strong vendor networking skills.
- Ability to multitask across diverse project scopes and deadlines.
