Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with over 5 years of experience in delivering exceptional 5-star guest services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating memorable experiences maintaining the highest standards of service and anticipating guest needs with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized high-quality service to all guests ensuring a 5-star experience at every touchpoint.
- Manage guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism efficiency and empathy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of services facilities and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
