Sales and Sponsorship Lead
Job Details:
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (confirmed post-interview based on mutual fit)
Compensation: AED 7000 base 8% commission on closed deals

The Role:
Were looking for a Sales & Sponsorship Lead to own and drive sponsorship revenue across our events and platforms. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who can independently manage high-ticket sales cycles close strategic brand partnerships and build the sponsorship function from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. Youll work closely with the founders as part of a lean core team and play a critical role in shaping Pupilars commercial growth.
What Youll Do:
- Own the end-to-end sales and sponsorship lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Secure high-ticket sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships
- Represent Pupilar professionally to senior stakeholders brands and partners
- Build manage and nurture long-term relationships within the UAE ecosystem
- Actively attend networking events and industry activations to generate and convert leads
- Design and implement sponsorship sales pipelines processes and systems
- Take full ownership of revenue targets and sponsorship delivery
- Operate independently with a strong execution mindset without reliance on constant direction
- Collaborate closely with a small leadership team and take on significant responsibility
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event sales sponsorships or high-ticket B2B sales
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and negotiate with senior decision-makers
- Strong presentation communication and persuasive skills
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in startup environments with rapid change and ambiguity
- Confident resilient and proactive in lead generation and follow-up
- Understands the balance between consultative selling and relationship-driven partnerships
- Highly driven persistent and willing to go the extra mile to deliver results
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to initiate and execute independently
- Passionate about delivery accountability and measurable outcomes
- Willing to build and evolve the sponsorship sales system alongside leadership
- Valid driving license and own vehicle required
- Must hold own visa (employment family or residence visa)
Nice to Have:
- Existing network within the UAE events corporate or brand ecosystem
- Experience working with lean teams or early-stage organizations
