- Schedule regular maintenance for all fleet vehicles (oil changes tire rotations brake checks etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities
- Coordinate with workshops and vendors for vehicle repairs and breakdowns.
- Ensure prompt resolution of vehicle issues to avoid operational disruptions.
- Monitor warranty claims and manage service under warranty where applicable
- Ensure all vehicles meet legal regulatory and safety compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date logs of vehicle registrations inspections and servicing record
