Ontime Group is searching for an experienced Dental Assistant with a valid DHA license and prior experience in the UAE to join our professional dental this vital role you will work closely with our dentists to provide outstanding care to our patients while ensuring that our dental practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist dental practitioners during various procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Keep the treatment area clean sterilized and organized
- Take dental radiographs in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records documenting treatments and interactions
- Manage appointment scheduling and administrative duties within the clinic
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain safety standards
- Assist in managing clinic supplies and inventory orders
Requirements
- Current DHA license as a Dental Assistant
- Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant in the UAE (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures tools and terminologies
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Exceptional patient interaction skills and a friendly demeanor
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
