Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications
Ensure consistent food quality taste and presentation
Prepare ingredients including chopping marinating and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and cooking equipment
Assist in inventory management stock rotation and ordering supplies
Follow food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Support training and guidance of junior kitchen staff
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Assistant Chef Commis Chef or Kitchen Cook
Knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and kitchen safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary or hospitality certification
Experience in hotels restaurants or catering services in Dubai
