TheITSupportSpecialistis responsible forthe day-to-day operation of LINKVIVAs workplace technology across offices and project sites.
This role spans end-user support cloud and collaboration platforms Apple and Windows device management networks storage telephony security systems and IT lifecycle hands-on customer-focused and security-mindedequally comfortable resolving user issues andmaintainingcore systems.

Hands-on and service-oriented with strong technical ownership

What You Need to Apply
36 years experience across service desk and systems administration
Strong experience withMicrosoft 365(Exchange Online Entra/Azure AD basics SharePoint)
Hands-on experience withApple Business Manager and Intune MDM
Working knowledge ofUbiquiti networks Synology NAS and IP-based CCTV systems
Experience withasset management systems(Odoo preferred)
Understanding of PBX / VoIP fundamentals (Yeastaror similar)
Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in the UAE with full working rights

Hold certifications such as MS-900 MD-102 SC-900 Apple Device SupportJamf CompTIA or ITIL
