Finance Manager

Master s degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration (Mandatory

CPA / CMA / ACCA / CA qualification (Preferred)

Minimum 5 8 years of progressive finance experience including 2 3 years in a managerial role

Proven experience in the real estate / property management sector (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of UAE accounting VAT and regulatory requirements

Proficient in ERP and accounting software (e.g. Yardi QuickBooks SAP Oracle)
