Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Sales Engineers. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong technical background combined with a passion for sales and customer interaction. The Sales Engineer will support business development activities understand client requirements and help promote the company’s products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare and deliver basic product presentations and demonstrations
Support in preparing quotations proposals and sales documentation
Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on enquiries
Coordinate with internal teams (technical operations and marketing) to support sales activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth
Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications & Requirements
BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Computer Science / Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and business development
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Competencies
Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion and negotiation skills
Confident presentable and customer-focused approach
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to the field of study
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred
Internship or project exposure related to sales marketing or customer interaction
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
