Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination follow-ups and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries follow-ups and coordination via calls and emails.

  • Support outdoor sales by managing quotations proposals and documentation.

  • Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.

  • Maintain customer records sales data and MIS reports.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).

  • Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.

  • Working knowledge of freight forwarding shipping logistics and supply chain processes.

  • Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
