Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination follow-ups and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries follow-ups and coordination via calls and emails.
Support outdoor sales by managing quotations proposals and documentation.
Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.
Maintain customer records sales data and MIS reports.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 12 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
Working knowledge of freight forwarding shipping logistics and supply chain processes.
Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
