Business Solutions Executive - Recruitment/ Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Solutions Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development client relationship management and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills a consultative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  

• Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions to meet their objectives.
  

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  

• Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and business plans for clients.
  

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
  

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in business development sales or business solutions.
  

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  

• Strong understanding of business solutions products and services.
  

• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
