Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Solutions Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development client relationship management and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills a consultative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions to meet their objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and business plans for clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Requirements
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in business development sales or business solutions.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of business solutions products and services.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
