Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead client meetings and negotiations ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Prepare annual sales budgets monthly targets and forecasts and ensure timely achievement.
  • Build mentor and manage the business development team providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service Operations Finance etc.) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction addressing issues and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Track competitor activities market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular management reports on sales performance business pipeline and key client updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies legal regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned.
