Job Overview:The Tech Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for guiding the development of web portals and mobile applications from concept through deployment. This role requires a blend of leadership technical expertise and handson development skills. The Tech Lead will work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers business analysts in creating the backlog and other developers to deliver Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in designing developing and implementing web portals and mobile applications. Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to ensure adherence to best practices and high coding Stack Development: Oversee both frontend and backend development tasks. Develop and maintain application features using a variety of technologies including but not limited to JavaScript frameworks (React Angular) backend frameworks ( Spring) and mobile development platforms (iOS Android).Architecture and Design: Define and implement the technical architecture for portal and mobile applications. Ensure that the architecture is scalable maintainable and aligned with business Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Manage project timelines allocate tasks and ensure that development milestones are Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and implement automated testing strategies to maintain highquality : Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements and user needs into functional and engaging interfaces. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance including load times responsiveness and overall user experience. Address and resolve any technical issues or : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams API specifications and development : Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes and application :Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a : Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in full stack development with a proven track record of leading development teams. Experience in building and deploying web portals and mobile applications is Skills:Proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g. React Angular HTML5 with backend technologies (e.g. Spring ).
