الوصف الوظيفي
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Make 80 100 outbound calls per day to potential leads from cold and warm databases.
Introduce and pitch the company s products or services tailoring the message to customer needs.
Identify and qualify leads based on key criteria to move them into the sales funnel.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls emails or WhatsApp.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
2. Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers during initial and follow-up calls.
Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first approach in all interactions.
Keep prospects informed about offers promotions or additional product benefits.
Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams.
3. Reporting & CRM Management
Accurately document all lead interactions outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Maintain a well-organized lead pipeline with updated statuses and notes.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal tracking and management review.
Identify patterns from call responses to support improvement in campaign strategies.
4. Training Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Attend team meetings feedback sessions and knowledge-sharing calls.
Stay updated with market trends to refine pitch strategies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience in tele sales customer support or a similar role
- Comfortable with cold calling and remote tools (Zoho CRM & Books)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A laptop with stable internet connection

2. Requirements and Qualifications 2.1. Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field, in Robotics, along with exposure towards Robotics projects is preferred, but not a must. 2.2. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. 2.3. Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details. 2.4. Excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, written and verbal skills are a must. 2.5. Discipline to keep the deadline-driven environment, provide timely reports, and feedback. 2.6. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. 2.7. Must have Resident visa, with emirates id, and NOC to work as intern.
