Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant with a focus on Hair/Hair Products in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building relationships with clients and representing companys brands to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
1-Sales and Business Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Present promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
2-Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Visit salons spas hotels and beauty retailers regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients responding to inquiries providing product information and resolving any issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest product launches market trends and competitor activities to better serve customers.
3-Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports including weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends strengths weaknesses
opportunities and threats in your sales area.
4-Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
- Educate clients on product features and benefits through demonstrations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
5-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on sales strategies and objectives.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM practices and systems.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- This role requires frequent travel to visit clients within the assigned territory or suppliers.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
