As a Marketing Manager at Measurement Solutions MEA you will be responsible to enable the marketing strategies including sales campaigns content creation event management and lead generation activities. In this role you will work across Sales Product Management and Marketing functions in MEA and other World Areas.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Program Execution & Management
- Plan coordinate and implement integrated marketing programs including demand generation and customer engagement initiatives
- Manage timelines budgets and resources to ensure smooth program execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (product sales content and creative) to develop compelling marketing and sales campaigns
- Play a lead role in organizing and coordinating events trade shows and other marketing activities
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor evaluate and analyze the impact of marketing programs through performance metrics and return on investment data.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry standard processes.
- Provide reports and insights to customers on campaign performance and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Drive engagement with sales and product management teams to align marketing programs with lead generation and revenue goals
- Work closely with content and design teams to build engaging assets for marketing campaigns
- Be a liaison between product management and graphics team to make and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures presentations and promotional materials at one SharePoint site
- Manages the relationship with outside vendors when developing marketing collaterals translations video advertising etc. ensuring efficient quality at the best possible cost.
Market Research & Audience Engagement
- Conduct research on target markets audience behavior and competitive trends to refine marketing strategies through tools provided
- Engage with customers through surveys feedback loops and community-building initiatives
- Support event planning webinars and sponsorships as part of broader marketing programs
Daily tasks will consist of;
- Coordinate and support various events including Technology Days third-party events and Enterprise events along with logistics such as demo movement and hotel catering arrangements.
- Manage lead follow-up and tracking through the CRM system.
- Assist in developing marketing processes and maintaining internal databases (e.g. demo database).
- Liaise with and manage vendors for giveaways print materials hotel bookings and video production.
- Analyze event participation and outcomes in collaboration with the marketing team to support decision-making and campaign effectiveness.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Marketing or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications automation engineering or a related domain
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills including copywriting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
