What you will be doing:
• Receive and handle all reservations, work to and with management and strive to learn more each day.
• To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an advantage
