Business Unit : Building Technology
- Setting goals and developing plans to drive business and revenue growth.
- Developing implementing and following up on the country strategy within the agreed budget.
- Expanding the local customer portfolio by increasing the share of wallet with existing clients and identifying additional opportunities with new customers verticals and influencers.
- Actively working with key influencers and endusers serving as the Key Influencer Manager for defined local stakeholders.
- Developing implementing and following up on local customer strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with endusers and consultants.
- Tracking identifying and adding qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to support business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering business administration management or marketing.
- Experience in Security Industry is a must.
- At least 7 year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing preferably in hightech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
- Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
- Excellent team player and multitasking skills
- High degree of selfmotivation accuracy flexibility and selfconfidence. Ability to perform well under pressure with a strong willingness to learn resultoriented mindset and excellent selforganization skills.
- Fluent English Arabic is a plus
