Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our school in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have indepth knowledge of UAE government regulations be wellversed in handling all necessary approvals and ensure compliance with local authorities.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all schoolrelated documentation approvals and renewals with government authorities (KHDA MOH Immigration Labour etc..
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and school regulations.
- Process visas licenses permits and employee documentation.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with various government departments.
- Handle official school correspondence and public relations matters.
- Ensure timely submission and completion of all legal and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of PRO experience in schools or educational institutions in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of KHDA MOH and other relevant authorities procedures.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license.
