Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) for the UAE market will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding the companys market presence in the region. The ideal candidate must be local and will proactively identify pursue and secure new business opportunities while cultivating strong client relationships. The BDM will contribute to the companys revenue growth and overall success through strategic initiatives and a sustainable pipeline of highvalue clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets and align with strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities ensuring a consistent flow of prospects.
- Maximize revenue through crossselling and upselling within the existing client base.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Compliance) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Complete required training programs and enhance industry knowledge and skills continuously.
- Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status client feedback and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry expos and events traveling as necessary.
Requirements:
- Local candidates only.
- 24 years of business development experience in the forex financial services or iGaming industries.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Native/Excellent proficiency in Arabic (oral and written) is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and client feedback effectively.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Teamoriented approach with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with CRM software is considered an advantage.
