Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales preferably in selling to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business pipelines cultivating relationships with key decisionmakers and managing large accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and positioning our company as a preferred training partner for our clients.

This is an onsite position; you must be a UAE resident with a valid visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the financial services sector focusing on banks insurance companies and other financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including Csuite executives L&D teams and HR influencers.
  • Manage and expand existing large accounts to drive longterm partnerships and maximize client value.
  • Lead negotiations prepare proposals and close deals that align with company OKRs.

Our preferred candidate:

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably selling to financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a highvalue sales pipeline.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and account management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry its challenges and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to travel across the MENA region as needed to visit our clients execute projects and attend events conferences and seminars
  • A digitalsavvy person who is comfortable with CRMs video conferencing online documentation and managing calendars and meetings
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
