We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in our systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and crosscheck data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize digital and paper records.
- Retrieve and provide data as required by team members or management.
- Assist with data analysis and report generation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular backups to safeguard company data.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry administration or clerical work.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of database management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
