We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Corporate Business Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives for our Dhow cruise business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry with a focus on creating strategic partnerships increasing revenue and expanding the market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in both Corporate and B2B sectors.
Identify new market opportunities trends and customer segments to expand the Dhow cruise offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies.
Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and vendors to enhance the cruise offerings.
Set and achieve sales targets by making bookings for private charters group events and regular cruise operations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and packages that attract local and international customers.
Manage relationships with highprofile clients providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Handle inquiries customize cruise packages for clients and manage endto end client onboarding.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors customer preferences and market conditions.
Use insights to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Oversee the planning and execution of onboard events such as corporate events weddings and cultural tours to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with operational and marketing teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives. Train and support sales teams in understanding product offerings and selling strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience in corporate sales
Bachelor s degree in business Marketing Tourism or a related field.
35 years of experience in business development corporate preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local market and tourism trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
