Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Technology Sales Engineer role with a leading global company based in Dubai. Our client specializes in delivering innovative solutions to industries such as Aerospace Defense and Oil & Gas.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong technical background and sales expertise who can identify customer challenges and deliver impactful solutions. The role offers structured training mentorship and a supportive environment to accelerate professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients strategically and tactically through virtual and inperson meetings.
Develop tailored account strategies by understanding client challenges and presenting effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customercentric solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various organizational levels.
Travel up to 50% to manage client relationships and engagements.
Oversee the full customer engagement cycle including account planning proposal creation and project coordination.

Requirements

1 years of experience in sales business development or a related technical role.
Strong technical background preferably in engineering or technology.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into value propositions.
Selfstarter with a growthoriented mindset and a drive for excellence.
Flexible and adaptable thriving in a fastpaced environment.

- Possess over three years of experience within the thermal industry, with a strong specialization in a particular vertical, whether in sales, business development management, or account management. - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in establishing new partnerships and fostering enduring partner relationships. - Exhibit self-motivation and a drive to fuel revenue growth, coupled with a readiness to embrace challenges. - Showcase exceptional presentation skills for effective communication with clients and partners. - Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel, typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the time. - Display the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to realize business objectives. - Hold substantial connections within the public sector, and preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in overseeing large-scale thermal projects.
