We are looking for a Creative Lead to drive our creative vision and bring fresh ideas to life through digital content branding and social media marketing.
Job Summary:
The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the creative strategy for Black & Grey HR. This role involves leading content creation branding initiatives social media marketing and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision excellent design skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling creative strategy aligned with the company s brand identity and objectives.
- Lead the design and production of digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics presentations infographics videos and email campaigns.
- Manage and oversee content creation for social media ensuring highquality engaging and visually appealing posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to enhance brand presence and create impactful campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual and written communications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in creative design and digital marketing.
- Work with external vendors freelancers and agencies when necessary to support creative initiatives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communication or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in creative design branding and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in graphic design social media content and branding.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects InDesign etc.).
- Knowledge of social media platforms content trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent visual storytelling typography and layout design skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or just a flair for making a career in Recruitment - Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) - Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews - Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels - Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Solid organizational and time-management abilities - Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
