Job Title: Full Stack Development Lead (Cloudmon) with 10yrs experience

Contract Duration: Permanent Full Time OnSite Long Term

Role Summary: Full Stack Development Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide development team in building and scaling our monitoring ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend development with a strong track record of leading teams and driving successful project delivery. Additionally experience with PowerBI is considered an advantage

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on monitoring solutions.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols including WMI SNMP Netflow and TCP/IP.

Knowledge of databases such as MSSQL MongoDB etc.

Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache Nginx).

Prior experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.

Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

Familiarity with monitoring and performance optimization tools.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and delivery of fullstack solutions for our monitoring tool. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.

Architect scalable and efficient solutions using Angular MongoDB socket Typescript Redis and RabbitMQ. Ensure the implementation of best practices and design patterns.

Oversee project timelines resource allocation and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.

Ensure highquality code through code reviews testing and adherence to coding standards. Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Advocate for and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managersdesigners and QA engineers to deliver highimpact features and improvements.

Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Drive troubleshooting and debugging efforts.

Maintain thorough documentation of system architecture design decisions and technical processes
