We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing storing and tracking company documents to ensure compliance accuracy and easy accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company documents records and filing systems.
- Ensure proper document classification sorting and labeling for easy retrieval.
- Manage document flow between different departments and ensure proper approvals.
- Ensure all documents comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a document tracking system for version control and easy access.
- Handle confidential documents securely and prevent unauthorized access.
- Assist in preparing reports contracts and other official documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for document requests and approvals.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure compliance.
- Support teams in scanning printing and archiving documents when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in document control or records management (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
