Consultz is supporting our client a well renowned SWF in the region in their search for Manager of Artificial Intelligence.
To lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning (ML) models and generative AI solutions. The role involves driving innovation solving complex business challenges and seamlessly integrating AI technologies into our existing systems and processes.
To be successful in this role the candidate should possess a deep technical understanding of AI and ML with a proven track record of deploying machine learning models in realworld applications. They should demonstrate strong problemsolving capabilities and have experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams. Experience in cloud environments particularly Azure is highly desirable to effectively contribute to the organizations strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Design develop and deploy robust machine learning models and generative AI solutions tailored to specific technical and organizational challenges.
- Implement scalable machine learning pipelines including data preprocessing feature engineering model training evaluation and deployment.
- Optimize and finetune ML models for accuracy performance and scalability in realworld production environments.
- Develop APIs and integrations to enable seamless interaction between AI models and existing systems or applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models to ensure performance reliability and compliance with data and ethical standards.
- Conduct research on advancements in AI models and solutions to influence direction of the organization s AI roadmap.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI initiatives.
- Implement and maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Utilize Azure cloud services for model training deployment and scaling leveraging tools like Azure Machine Learning Studio Databricks and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML development including reproducibility testing and code quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data ScienceArtificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in the field with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an AI Developer with a strong focus on building and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience in the implementation of solutions using generative AI models (OpenAI services including GPT and embedding models and other popular opensource models)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing ML models in realworld scenarios with case studies or portfolio examples.
- Experience in improving model performance including optimization techniques hyperparameter tuning performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of data structures data modelling and software architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms particularly Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of data management principles data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
