We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Assistant Sales Manager Leisure to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales team you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the leisure industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the leisure market
- Lead motivate and mentor a highperforming sales team to meet individual and collective goals
- Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the market
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws in target markets
- Manage the sales budget and optimise resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote leisure products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key leisure industry partners and suppliers
- Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve sales efficiency
- Identify and develop new leisure market segments to diversify the companys portfolio
- Provide regular training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge of the leisure industry
Qualifications :
- Min. 2 years in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry
- Min. 2 years experience actively managing Tour Operator relationships within their respective markets
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the leisure industry
- Strong understanding of leisure market trends consumer behaviour and competitive landscape
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events
