Black & Grey HR is seeking a Typist Cum Admin for our client in the luxury building materials industry based in Dubai UAE. Were looking for a detailoriented proactive Arabic speaker skilled in typing and administrative tasks with immediate availability.
Responsibilities:
Perform timely and accurate typing for the Public Relations Officer (PRO) ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Provide administrative support including handling office correspondence scheduling and managing documents.
Support HR activities like onboarding employee records and recruitment assistance.
Ensure seamless communication across departments to maintain efficient workflow.
Prepare manage and maintain records and reports ensuring confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for Arabicspeaking employees and stakeholders addressing inquiries in Arabic.
Requirements
Proven experience in document typing especially for PRO tasks ideally within the building materials or luxury sector.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Immediate availability is required.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
