You will be reporting directly to the Regional Director Scaffolding Industry Middle East & Africa and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Prove general administration and support of ATPAC business stream
- Understand the needs of both internal & external customers
- Create quotations and track the pipeline
- Research and evaluate relevant information and potential leads from industrial databases such as IIR and other sources and coordinate with the ID team
- Monitor progress of and get feedback on running projects
- Survey and observe tenders on the market and ensure that they become ATPAC projects
- Become the interface between Regional Director Scaffolding Industry and other elements within Doka Gulf
- Monitor the quality of data and project evaluation done by the Sales Team
- Prepare queries and analyses for internal sales meetings
- Prepare sales reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist with sales and marketing events and generation of information
- Act as key user for all web portals
- Prepare all reports and analysis related to any such portals
- Understand the existing customer satisfaction survey and develop a separate ATPAC version (term project)
- Follow up on all tender requests from sales or direct from clients
- Coordinate with Regional Director Scaffolding Industry to get all tender offers checked and signed off before sending it to the client
- Show ability to hit deadlines
- Show ability to interface with customers and clients
- Own a car and be flexible to drive inside the UAE
The intended duration for this internship will be three to four months and will potentially be transferred into a permanent employment.
