Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving revenue building strategic partnerships and managing a motivated sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends competitor activities and client needs as the goto solution in the UAE.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing customer support and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key sales KPIs and present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and grow a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker a relationship builder and a handson leader with:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the lastmile delivery industry and UAE region. B2B sales experience preferably in logistics technology or SaaS.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and leading sales teams to success.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE logistics and delivery industry is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire manage and develop highperforming teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
