We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading organization specializing in innovative applications and gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C marketing with significant experience in gaming applications or related industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies for gaming or applicationbased products to drive user acquisition engagement and retention.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok and others.
- Manage performance marketing efforts optimizing campaigns for ROI CPA and user retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the product and creative teams to produce engaging and highperforming content for digital campaigns.
- Conduct indepth market research to understand customer behavior competitor strategies and industry trends.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data generating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to enhance app visibility and downloads.
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Build and maintain a robust marketing calendar aligned with business goals and product launches.
- Monitor budgets forecasts and spending to ensure costeffective campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Total of 6 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4 years in B2C marketing for gaming applications or similar industries (applications preferred).
- Expertise in performance marketing social media advertising and digital campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO ASO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics Firebase or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and user retention through innovative campaigns.
- Familiarity with gaming trends platforms and audience behavior.
- Experience in leveraging data and insights to shape marketing strategies and decisions.
- Excellent project management organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager TikTok Ads Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms.
