Process and manage payroll for all employees
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrollrelated transactions including new hires terminations salary changes and benefits deductions
Reconcile payroll records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare and distribute all necessary payroll reports to management
Stay uptodate with relevant payroll regulations and laws to ensure compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Assist with yearend payroll activities
Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data
Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll information and records
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and management
Knowledge of federal state and local payroll regulations and laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Experience with payroll software such as ADP or Paychex preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
