2. JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for supporting the financial duties with respect to the development configurations enhancements functional requirements and implementations of MSD and other applications as needed like Beams Yardi etc.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data and Controllership Administration: MSD & Other Applications

Perform systemic administrative activities related to financial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and other applications solutions.

Support and resolve MSDrelated issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Ensure the systemic completeness assessments are done around Data Management Functional Requirements Financial Governance and Reporting and Close administration.

2. Implementation/Enhancements : MSD & Other Applications

Focus on execution of enhancements and change management for the finance team as needed per business priorities

Identify and Callup potential systemic errors that drives unreconciled data transactional errors reporting discrepancies and business process impacts or improvements

Provide alternative solutions as per industry best practices to enhance financial automation reporting discipline and regulatory compliances.

Support the central and business unit finance operations and controllership teams to align financial imperatives to system capabilities.

3. Finance Support & Maintenance :

Escalate complex issues to senior staff or development teams.

Document and resolve FINAPP helpdesk tickets thoroughly adhering to company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of user interactions and problem solving efforts.

Proactively identify and communicate potential user issues and suggest solutions.

Develop and deliver user training materials and workshops.

4. BU and HQ Finance User Support :

Works closely with business stakeholders and technical service partners to address service requests in support of the Financial KPIs.

Ensure resolution of FINAPP tickets within defined timelines as per business requirements and priorities

Diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently and effectively.

5. FRAMEWORKS BOUNDARIES & DECISIONMAKING AUTHORITY:

Operates within the framework and boundaries of DAMAC policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.

Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

6. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification

Masters degree in Finance or a related field. CA would be a plus.

10 years of relevant experience.

2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry

Experience in successfully leading enterprisewide transformation projects and a team.

Past exposure to implementation programs leveraging AI would be advantageous.

Proven experience in Finance systems and policies data analysis or a similar role.

Proficiency in reporting tools.

Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
