الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Chief Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate accounting and possess expertise in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Systems & Reporting:
a. Expert in Zoho Books and Excel reporting tools.
- Financial Operations:
b. Manage accounts payable and ensure efficient handling of transactions.
c. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and detailed review.
- Monthly and Group Accounting:
a. Oversee the monthly closing of books.
b. Handle consolidation of accounts for group companies.
c. Perform intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Audit Support:
a. Prepare schedules and assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- Tax Compliance:
a. Ensure accurate VAT filing and compliance with UAE corporate tax regulations.
- Hospitality Industry Experience (Preferred)
a. Candidates with hospitality industry experience will be given preference though this is not mandatory.

Financial Operations: Finalization of accounts at the corporate level with 10 12 years of experience. Manage accounts payable and ensure efficient handling of transactions. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and detailed review. Monthly and Group Accounting: Oversee the monthly closing of books. Handle consolidation of accounts for group companies. Perform inter-company reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Audit Support: Prepare schedules and assist auditors during internal and external audits. Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate VAT filing and compliance with UAE corporate tax regulations. Hospitality Industry Experience (Preferred) Prior experience in the hospitality sector is an added advantage.
Education
Experience: 10 12 years in corporate-level accounting. Technical Skills: Proficient in Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and accounting best practices. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE VAT and corporate tax laws. Educational Background: Bachelor s or master s degree in accounting, Finance, Chartered Accountant Other Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
