This requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a background in recreational management sports or physical education is preferred. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with individuals or groups of all ages. Experience in organizing and leading recreational activities such as sports games or outdoor events is beneficial. Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid is essential. A positive attitude enthusiasm for outdoor activities and the ability to work with diverse groups are key. Candidates should be physically fit reliable and able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
