In collaboration we are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in SMEs and KOLs to drive expansion and build highvalue partnerships. In this impactful role you will be central to increasing our platforms reach focusing on strategic 01 market growth and creating lasting industry connections.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with SMEs targeting market share growth
- Lead and manage the BD team setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Expand network connections in the Payment and SME sectors
- Analyze and adapt strategies based on market trends to maintain a competitive advantage
- Demonstrate resultsdriven BD performance optimizing growth processes for maximum impact
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years in Business Development
- Extensive network in Payments and SMEs; familiarity with digital currency industry a plus
- Proven experience in managing a team with strong leadership and strategic vision
- Success stories in 01 market expansion
- Highly goaloriented adaptable and able to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in English with additional languages advantageous
