Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Analyst who is highly specialized in token ecosystem design to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing mentoring and supporting incubated projects with a focus on tokenomics and ecosystem design. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrency markets and economic principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: Proven experience in tokenomics blockchain technology cryptocurrency markets and account/project management.
• Tokenomics Development: Design and develop token economic models that support the growth and sustainability of our projects.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends supply and demand dynamics and price fluctuations to inform tokenomics strategies.
• Token Issuance: Oversee the issuance of tokens including the development of token distribution plans and mechanisms.
• Incentive Structures: Create and implement incentive structures to encourage desired behaviors within the token ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams developers and other stakeholders to ensure the tokenomics model is integrated effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure all tokenomics activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on tokenomics strategies and performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Revision and Preparation of Project Whitepapers and Presentations: Review and prepare comprehensive whitepapers and presentations ensuring accuracy clarity and alignment with the projects objectives and strategy.
• Pipeline & Partnerships Development: Contribute to the ongoing efforts to build a continuous pipeline flow and establish pipeline cooperations with industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in tokenomics blockchain technology cryptocurrency markets and account/project management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smart contracts decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain protocols.
• ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Economics Finance Computer Science or a related field
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience with Startups: Experience working with startups or in a venture capital environment.
