- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and others.
- Build, configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on automation solutions, and continuously improve functionality and efficiency.
- Document design specifications, technical requirements, and implementation details for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
