Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process meeting production targets and maintaining high quality standards. As a Production Manager you will be required to lead and motivate a team of production staff manage production schedules and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the production department
  
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand
  
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency
  
• Lead train and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activities
  
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and supplies
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
  
• Proven work experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong leadership and management skills
  
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  
• Indepth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
  

Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.

Education

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
