We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team in the fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. She will be responsible for driving sales promoting products and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell FMCG products to meet sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and promotions to customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge pricing and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the proper display of products in store and manage inventory levels.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings training and events.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
